A compilation the ten pages of scratch work I did in preparation for my calculus final.
A week of finals has come and gone. It wasn’t too bad overall, since I didn’t have to go to class except for the two finals I took. I studied quite a bit, and the tests went well. Now I’m back home with no work to do. Oh yeah.
Starting back at Thanksgiving break, and even more now that I’m reconnecting with my family at home, I’ve noticed a bit of a shift in my relationship with my family. The moments I have with them have taken on an entirely new significance. Going without them for a few months has really shown me how much I like being with them. I've always had an appreciation of my family, but it has stepped up in the last few months. Situations that might have escalated into mindless disputes with siblings just months ago are now quickly resolved, because their unimportance is now so obvious. I can enjoy simply sitting around with them. Each minute brings the jokes and energy of home that make me realize just how awesome my family is.
